ECG Electrode - Single use

Ambu® BlueSensor VLC

The extra-large Ambu BlueSensor VLC features conductive wet gel and a combination of fast and long-term adhesives for stable signals throughout the monitoring period. To minimise reactions to sensitive skin, the sponge is covered by a membrane, preventing direct contact between skin and sponge.

Thanks to the thin microporous material, the skin is able to breathe, and the electrode remains comfortable to wear over long periods.

Key Benefits

  • checkOffset connector mitigates the impact on signal quality from external forces like pulling of lead wires and pressure on electrodes
  • checkOffset connector allows the user to connect and disconnect the lead wire without applying pressure to the patient or the sensor area, which reduces the risk of gel spreading and adhesive detachment from skin
  • checkConductive wet gel lowers skin impedance effectively and immediately
  • checkWet gel optimises contact between skin and electrode
  • checkCombination of fast and long-term adhesives secures fixation and a stable signal
  • checkThin microporous backing material allows the skin to breathe
  • checkAg/AgCl sensor ensures stable signal quality
  • checkVisible release liner can help prevent medical accidents for both users and patients
